While working for NST, I discovered that you can feel heroic and straight to dog-shit like in a split second. (No wonder Clark Kent was always rushing off to wear that funny red underwear)
It was an article on corruption and nearing end of deadline, I had to get a comment from Robert Phang as he was a member of MACC’s consultation and corruption prevention panel.
Enough said,he wasn’t keen on talking and somewhat rude. I guess now I know why.
